I have recently pulled out my Force .28 out of my jammin X1 CRT. I put on some new clutch shoes (Listed below) and a NOVA pro race cooling head (also listed). The shoes and clutch bell went on with no problem. I took off the old head, and turnened the flywheel. When I did that the sleve and head button thing came up. I pushed it right back down thinking no poblem. I installed the new head, but when I tried to turn the flywheel I couldnt. I grabed some pliers and and it turned. At BDC its fine but by hand I cant turn it to TDC. I know that the sleves pinch at the top but this motor has never been this tight even when new!! I took it to the LHS and they said I have good compression. I put the motor back in with all the same tuning. I started it and it was making a different sound. It held a 220-240 degree temp and had some speed, but it was glitchey on the throttle. Also the throttle seemed to stay open until I hit the brakes. I'm not a noob to the hobby but this has never happened to me. Anyone has info help!! I belive its the piston sleve but I dont know. It ran 100% before I took it out. If I ruinned it its OK just let me know.
