Here is one of the latest scale releases from Integy, the Integy HG-P802 1/12-scale 8X8 military truck. The Integy HG-P802 8X8 Military truck comes ARTR (Almost-Ready-To-Run) with 8WD, 4-wheel steering, numerous scale details and many cool features.
Realistically modeled after 4-axle military-spec all-terrain trucks, the HG-P802 comes as an ARTR package just waiting to rule the land. Weighing in at over 26 pounds, this prebuilt machine starts with a preassembled box-type ladder frame made from steel and alloy components. From here, you’ll find full-time 8-wheel drive through 4 axles (dual front differentials and dual rear spools), two-speed high/low transmission, HD universal drive shafts and a realistic leaf spring-type suspension with separate alloy shocks. The front 4 wheels steer via a cable operated steering linkage with dual servos.
Topping the chassis is a super realistic scale detailed, multi-piece metal cab that features a full scale interior, folding side mirrors, functioning side doors, full-size spare tire and wheel, and other scale details such as grab bars, a separate exhaust shield, realistic-looking windshield wipers, tow shackles, metal front skid plate, rubber mud flaps, working cable spool, scale jerry cans, scale cargo boxes, and a realistic fuel cell that actually houses the vehicle’s electronics. The HG-P802 features a scale ladder, mesh cargo tray, and a servo-operated motorized 5th wheel that allows you to hook up your own 1/12-scale trailer.
Speaking of electronics – this rig features a full sound and light setup. Tap the radio trigger and the built-in sound system will project the starting ignition sound of the real machine. Give it some throttle and you will hear realistic engine sounds. Combine that with the full LED system that features LED headlamps, LED side markers, LED brake lamps and an LED roof alert lamp. The side markers blink when turning simulating signal lamps and the brake lights get brighter when braking or when at a standstill.
The sound system, LED lights, and 2.4-Ghz radio equipment are all prewired and preinstalled into the chassis. Power is provided by a preinstalled 320A ESC wired to a high torque 550-class motor. The only other items you will need is a main battery pack and battery charger.
Integy also released the HG-P801 8X8 Military truck which is based on the same exact chassis but has a different body.

I have purchased one. Took it out for the first time and I loved it. Lot of power for climbing and going over rough areas. I took it home and used it in my backyard. It started going and stopped going, sounding like it was missing. I turned it over and discovered it was missing the bottom trans axel connection. It has a hex connection on one end and the ball and joint on the other. The company that I purchased it from with the
upgrades did not even respond. I had to find the part online and now I have to wait. Had to tighten some other screws on it. I really love the truck and sound but for the amount of money that it cost, please make sure all screws are tighten.
Agreed with John, make sure things are tight! The cast parts like the “Y” links are kind of brittle for this 20+ Lb vehicle so don’t expect it to land and drive off of something more than 4”, snapped the main front axle link at the single side connection on my first run not being cautious enough. You can power this truck on a 3s lipo battery, it will increase the speed a bit but run smoother and longer. There are also some other mods I would recommend doing if you intend to use this vehicle for off-road purposes, follow my build on Instagram @just_in_performance_rc
