1 – PRO-LINE HAULER BAG

Kicking of the 10 cool Pro-Line products that you may not have known about is the Pro-Line Hauler Bag (#6058-03). It is a great way to transport your RC gear between your home and track or bash spot. It is designed with four easy access drawer compartments, several zipper pockets and tool storage. The Pro-Line Hauler Bag is ideal for your RC needs. You will find stylish Pro-Line logos on the front, top and side that stand out when arriving at the track. A collapsible pull handle and smooth rolling casters combine to get you organized in the pits. 2 – PRO-LINE BODY GRIP TOOL

The Pro-Line Body Grip Tool (#6349-00) is one of those products where you wonder how you managed to do without it before you owned one and is definitely one of the 10 cool Pro-Line products that we had to share with you. If you have ever painted an RC body, you will instantly understand how beneficial it is. If you are going to paint a body, do yourself a favor and buy the Body Grip Tool. It will help eliminate those paint jobs that get ruined from fingerprints in the wet paint that occur while trying to hold a pre-cut body. This stylish ergonomic Pro-Line Body Grip Tool helps painters like you hold the body effortlessly and comfortably. Choose to hold the body like a shifter knob for easy rotation or slide it in between your fingers at the narrow base to palm the body effortlessly like a cell phone. Either way you grip it, you can rest assured that your RC body will no longer be a pain to hold while painting.

Pro-Line custom machined this tool from Type 1 PVC and turned to match popular grip styles. The Body Grip tool includes two suction cups to easily adapt to many body sizes and shapes. The large cup is a 2.5-inches rated to hold seven pounds and best used on the roof or windshield of larger scale bodies. The medium cup is a 1.875-inches rated to hold three poungs and best used on the roof or windshield for small scale bodies or tight areas where the large cup may not fit. 3 – SUPER-BRIGHT LED LIGHT BAR KITS

Realistic scale vehicles are incredibly popular and the Pro-Line Super-Bright LED Light Bar Kits (various item numbers) not only add scale realism to a vehicle, but also function. Pro-Line offers four sizes of LED Light Bar Kits including a 2-inch, 4-inch (shown here), 5-inch and 6 inch. Each kit is equipped with real, working LED Lights. The LED Light bulbs are pre-wired with a 12-inch long cable that can plug directly into your receiver for power. The Lights are rated for 6V to 12V power, so you have the option to plug directly into a 3S LiPo power source for Super-Bright LED Light. The LED Lights are housed in a durable Black Nylon housing branded with a P-L logo. Mounts and hardware are included so that you can do a custom install on your Rock Crawler, Rock Racer, 1/8 monster truck and 1/10 monster truck vehicle.

4 – CROSSHAIR MAGNETIC BODY MOUNTING KIT

Something that should be added to your must-have list should definitely be the Crosshair Magnetic Body Mounting Kit (#6032-00). This tool is just fantastic because it ensures that you get your painted RC body mounted perfectly straight and positioned properly over the tires. You can spend hours carefully painting a body only to then botch the mounting of it onto the chassis. The PROTOform Crosshair Magnetic Body Mounting Kit uses high-powered magnets to pinpoint the exact position of your vehicle’s body posts. It is made from high-quality red-anodized aluminum and includes a convenient storage box. This is a simple system, yet it is wicked effective. Here is how it works:

Place a Crosshair Body Post Cap on each of your chassis’ 4 body posts, securing them in place with a body clip. (Not included)
Place your painted body on top of the posts, centering it from left to right as well as determining the fore/aft position, which can affect handling characteristics. (Standard position would be to center the front wheel opening trim line to the front axle of your chassis)
Hold a Marking Magnet on the outside of your body close to where the body posts are. The magnet will attach itself to the precise position.
Mark your body post position through the hole on the Marking Magnet with a fine-tip marker.
Drill your body post holes on the marked locations with a body reamer or power drill.

5 – PROTOFORM BETTER EDGE SYSTEM: SANDING DRUM

Following in the same lines as the Magnetic Body Mounting Kit, the PROTOform Better Edge System: Sanding Drum (#6103-00) is another great tool for completing a RC car body. It is especially useful to those of us that take pride in finishing off their concours-worthy body. The Better Edge Sanding Drum is the first product specifically made for RC racers to finish off the perfect wheel-well. Just use a handheld rotary tool and the Better Edge Sanding Drum will smooth out all of the imperfections left from cutting your polycarbonate body with scissors. At 1.5-inches in diameter, it’s suitable for use on many scales of body: from 1/12-scale on up to 1/8 or even off-road bodies.

PROTOform took the extra effort and gave the drum a red and black anodized aluminum finish and laser-etched PROTOform logos onto it to give it a trick look on your pit table. Each pre-assembled kit comes with a replaceable high-grade silicon carbide spiral sanding band, rubber anti-slip o-rings and a mandrel made from durable tool steel to prevent damage from your rotary tool’s chuck.

6 – UNIVERSAL LED HEADLIGHT & TAIL LIGHT KIT

With so many people customizing their rides to make them their own and/or to make them look more realistic, it made perfect sense that Pro-Line released the Universal LED Headlight & Tail Light Kit (#6317-00). It is intended for crawlers, but can definitely be used on numerous other types of vehicles. The Universal LED Headlight & Tail Light Kit includes four LED Light bulbs – two White lights for the head lights and two Red lights for your tail lights. The lights come pre-wired to plug directly into your receiver (5V-6V) for power. You have a choice of housing the LED Lights in five different sets of optional front or rear black Nylon light buckets that have been designed to fit most Rock Crawling Bodies. The LED’s are secured into the light buckets with the included screws and the light buckets can be installed inside the body with flexible adhesive or double-sided tape.

7 – PRO-LINE 1:8 & 1:10 CAR STANDS

Taking inspiration from the world of motocross, Pro-Line designed and manufactured these MX style car stands for 1:8 and 1:10 scale vehicles. The Pro-Line 1:10 & 1:8 Car Stands (#6258-00, #6257-00) are laser cut, bent and powder-coated blue alloy which makes it great-looking and strong enough to easily display your RC car. Notice the four holes down the center of the stand? Those holes can be used during shock rebuilds. Pro-Line then included push-in rubber grommets that will protect the chassis of your car and keep it from sliding around.

8 – PROTOSHINE RC BODY CLEANER

The next of the 10 cool Pro-Line products is PROTOshine. You can keep your RC car body looking its best with the PROTOshine RC Body Cleaner (#6263-00). It works great to remove scuffs, tire marks, dirt and other minor battle scars caused from a hard day at the track. Just apply some PROTOshine onto a lint-free cloth and wipe the blemishes off your race body.

9 – PROTOFORM BETTER EDGE SYSTEM: SANDING BLOCK

Along with the Sanding Drum, the PROTOform Better Edgy System: Sanding Block (#6108-00) is another purpose designed and built tool for completing a lexan body. The Sanding Block will finish off the perfect straight edge as well as smooth out all the nooks and crannies on your RC body.

Each Sanding Block is formed from injection molded nylon with a shape that is both ergonomic and racy. Use the straight edge to smooth out scissor imperfections along the bottom edges or rear wing of your body. You can then rotate the block to finish off tightly curved edges such as the rear of your 1:12 or 1:8 on-road bodies, off-road body wheel wells or suspension cutouts. The rounded ends of the block are two different radius sizes for different applications, 1/4” and 1/2”. It can also be used to sand parts and tires.

Each block includes a form-fitted strip of high-grade, 120-grit sand paper fastened to the block with a low-profile hook-and-loop system. A spare strip is also included for your convenience and replacement strips (#6108-01) are also available in 2-packs.

10 – PROTOFORM CAR BAG

Wrapping up the 10 cool Pro-Line products is the PROTOform Car Bag (#6296-00). The Car Bag is the perfect for 1/10-scale touring cars and 1/12-scale cars. PROTOform spec’d a high-quality heather gray material that is embroidered with the PROTOform wordmark to make it a stylish and convenient way to carry your car to and from the track. It uses a cinch string to close up the bag and will easily fit a 190mm touring car complete with body and wing attached. Not only will your ride be protected from dirt or scratches during transport, you can also toss the bag over your shoulder to free up your hands to carry or tow your other RC gear.
