It is car crushing time…here is the all-new JConcepts 1989 Ford Bronco monster truck body. A perfect old-school truck for your big tire rig.
OVERVIEW
In the monster truck world, the Bronco was quite formidable, with vehicles on the circuit supporting the Ford brand, it wasn’t unusual to see a few giant killers in the lineup on any given weekend. JConcepts likes to lean on its roots, and dating back, there hasn’t been an RC monster truck version of the Ford Bronco available, until now. Starting with the F-150 and F-250 body shells already in the line-up, the JConcepts team dug into the Bronco project with some knowledge of the game.
The 1989 Ford Bronco body, built and fit for RC monster truck lovers, offers first class styling and its exterior is accentuated with a smooth and molded front bumper. The 1989 Bronco carries over the same body style from the previous generation yet sports a new rounded front clip that improves vehicle aerodynamics over its predecessors. The softened body lines around cab which transition to the Bronco’s rear roof seem very seamless and full of vintage grunt. Large fender flares around the wheel wells provide the scale monster truck look and clearance for JConcepts Racing Tires.
The body features flush-fitting grille and headlights, wrap-around parking lights, a minimalist grille, and an accurate and clean-looking Ford JConcepts decal sheet. The rear roof feature on a Bronco has plenty of window coverage on the sides and rear and can either be masked using included window mask or painted for a solid look. The 10.5” wheelbase and 7” wide body fits a variety of RC monster trucks including the iconic Tamiya Clod Buster and JConcepts Regulator.
