Kyosho Pure Ten GP 4WD V-ONE R4 Evo.3 Touring Car

A new entry into the world of competitive nitro on-road racing is the Kyosho Pure Ten GP 4WD V-ONE R4 Evo.3 touring car.

 

OVERVIEW

A range of newly designed components takes the performance capability of the Pure Ten GP 4WD V-ONE R4 to a new level. In the world of GP touring car racing, the Pure Ten is the machine of choice for many racers to compete in various 1/10-scale events including the KYOSHO CUP. With the V-ONE R4 Evo.2 as its base, the new Evo.3 incorporates a range of new components from the Evo.3 chassis conversion kit that was released in 2023. New main chassis features a modernized front bulkhead and stabilizer design, as well as center-fixed engine mounting that optimizes chassis flex and eliminates the quirks in steering characteristics through cornering. Modifications to the receiver and battery mounting tray improves chassis roll characteristics and simplifies battery replacement. However, one of the more intriguing aspects of the V-ONE R4 Evo.3 is that the kit is packaged for use with both sponge and rubber tires. The kit includes a clutch suitable for the OS-12TG engine with clutch springs optimal for rubber tires designated for the KYOSHO CUP as well as clutch springs for sponge tires to compete in open races. In addition, front side pulleys and shock springs are included for both rubber and sponge tires. With the worldwide race-proven reliability of the V-ONE R4 Evo.2 as its foundation, the race potency of the V-ONE R4 Evo.3 has been enhanced to deliver not only a racing edge, but also performance that will satisfy even the most demanding drivers.
