We have put a lot of time into this review. This is a significant release from the Horizon Hobby camp as it takes a proven buggy, updates it and combines it with some exciting new tech. This is the Losi TENACITY DB PRO and for starters, it has been revamped with a bunch of option parts that takes the buggies performance to the next level. The Horizon team then put a powerful new electronics system together for the buggy. This ride features Spektrum’s new SMART Technology. The brushless system and receiver can transmit telemetry to the radio which can be viewed on the Spektrum Dashboard right on your phone. There is a lot of exciting stuff going on here and we have worked tirelessly to create this video that shows you all the details on the DB PRO. Plus you get to see us thrashing on the buggy as well. I have to say I’m a traxxas fan. I decided to try losi horizon spektrum platform with the tenacity db pro after reading many reviews. I am so disappointed. First off the s605 steering servo is complete junk. It will not even turn wheels in low grass. Second everything rusted when I took in the dewey grass. Third the 2 second delay between fwd and reverse is ridiculous. The steering rate is completely worthless as it just hunts and seeks like a porpoise. I have to turn it completely off just to drive it. I replaced the servo with a 20 for $14 on Amazon and now it’s useable. Why would you put a 9 servo in a $400 plus rc.
