Pro-Line Brings Modern Mustang Muscle to No Prep RC Drag Racing

Pro-Line Racing’s new No Prep RC drag race 1999 Ford Mustang GT body

No Prep RC drag racing is one of the hottest things going right now. While there have been some heavily attended big dollar races on the west coast, the No Prep movement has been popping up all over the country. Today you can buy an RTR drag car and be ready for the staging lanes in no time, or you can still build from a custom chassis to your class rules. When it comes time to add a body to your drag racer classic licensed bodies seem to be the norm, but thanks to our friends at Pro-Line we finally have a more modern Blue Oval option in their new 1999 Ford Mustang GT. This “New Edge” body style is still very popular in real heads-up drag racing, so it was a no brainer for Pro-Line to scale it down to fit the popular No Prep cars like the Team Associated DR10, Losi 22S, and Traxxas Drag Slash. Typical of Pro-Line’s quality, the .040-inch clear polycarbonate body includes licensed Mustang body styling, an optional rear wing, window masks, and full decal sheet. Order yours now because we hear ’em being called to the lanes!
