The RC Driver Axial SCX10 II Jeep XJ has been stock for long enough so we turned to RC4WD for their wide range of scale option parts specifically for the SCX10 II. We installed RC4WD’s Krabs Roof Rack in Part 1 of this project build series and in Part 2 we installed a Krabs front bumper in red, a Warn Winch and some lights. In this video, Part 3, we’re skipping ahead a bit and just finished off the project because we have so much in the works for video that we want to show you. This final video of the three part series goes over the RC4WD sliders, rear bumper, light set and King Shocks. We also show you some of the electronics we installed and of course there is some action video of the rig on the trails so you can see how these cool scale upgrades look out on the terrain. Project Red5 XJ gets its name from the red coated parts and the 5-lug rims and maybe that movie had a little influence too.
