Since it’s ridiculously cold out right now and there is snow on the ground, it’s the perfect opportunity to stay inside and work on some projects. The Project Traxxas TRX-4 Lifted Ford Bronco has been dominating our workbench so we’re going to continue it’s build. This time we’re focusing on the electronics. The TRX4 kit comes with the electronics such as radio, ESC, servos and motor, but this is a project! We’re going to upgrade the servo while we build the truck and show you the different servo options available from Traxxas like the 400 Red and 330 Blue high-torque, metal gear, waterproof servos. We’ll also talk about the Traxxas BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) and why you need it for high powered servos. The rest of the electronics get installed in this video too.
