When you solder bullet connectors, you can put shrinktubing over the joint when the solder has cooled. If the size of tubing that’s closest to what you need is a very snug fit even before shrinking, try this: most shrink-tubing is flexible enough to be stretched to fit over the connection. Put needle-nose pliers into the tubing, and gently open the pliers a little at a time to stretch the tubing until it fits over the soldered joint.
