We were pretty excited to get one of the first Redcat Kaiju 6S Electric Brushless Monster Truck’s in for review. Now it was winter when it arrived and being located in the Northeast of the US means some pretty cold temps. But the show has to go on and we tested the truck in less than optimal conditions. The Kaiju was a beast to drive and showed some really great handling traits. It had all the signs of being a beast ready for stunts and jumps. But the bumper did break during testing and then a broken suspension arm sidelined us before we could switch to the 6S LiPo testing portion of our review plan. So we got the parts to fix it! And in this video we fix it and with all intentioned set out to finish off the review. But a fail during speed testing has put the review on hold again. It’s our fault really for not backing off on the truck when we noticed something was up. What happened? Well you’ll need to see the video to find out and what speed we were able to get to.
